- Cooperating teacher. Provided clinical supervision and coaching for student teachers from A&M University. Evaluated progress. Also demonstrated sample lessons for prospective teachers from Oakwood College, UAH, Athens State, and A&M University.

- Young Authors' Conference. Coordinated school participation in annual district writing seminar. Managed student selection process. Chaperoned students at seminar.
- Mentoring program. Mentored first year teacher. Reviewed curriculum and texts; conducted classroom observations. Planned in-service activities and long term goals.
- Cooperating teacher. Provided clinical supervision and coaching for student teacher from University of Missouri St. Louis. Demonstrated lessons for prospective teachers from Maryville College and Florissant Valley Junior College.
- Grant Application. Developed proposals and received funding to develop tests to accompany daily grammar and usage curriculum and curriculum to accompany writing text.
